If the change of your reservation involves a different vehicle due to the need to adjust the capacity to a larger vehicle or a change of the destination or origin of collection or delivery, it is possible that the change implies an increase in the value of your original reservation.

In the event that the problem occurs during the provision of the service and you consider that it can be solved immediately directly with the driver, we recommend that you inform the driver so that it can be solved immediately. If the case was not resolved during the provision of the service, contact the company with which you managed your reservation as soon as you can, to notify what happened and so we can take the necessary corrective actions and proceed with the corresponding compensation if necessary.

The driver will schedule the pick-up at the airport taking into account the actual arrival time of the flight so, if your flight is delayed, you do not need to contact your driver initially. If the delay is prolonged, we recommend you contact the company with which you coordinate your original reservation to contact us and then we can evaluate the options to provide the service. We will do our best to provide the service, but we will not be obliged taking into account that it is possible that, at the new time of arrival, a new driver cannot be coordinated for the provision of the service.
