In the event that the problem occurs during the provision of the
service and you consider that it can be solved immediately directly
with the driver, we recommend that you inform the driver so that
it can be solved immediately. If the case was not resolved during
the provision of the service, contact the company with which you
managed your reservation as soon as you can, to notify what happened
and so we can take the necessary corrective actions and proceed with the
corresponding compensation if necessary.
If the service was not provided because the driver did not show up, contact
the company with which you managed your reservation as soon as possible to
notify what happened. We will immediately be informed of the case, we will
open an investigation and in case it applies according to our terms and conditions,
we will proceed to authorize the refund of the money so that it is returned by the
company where you originally booked your service.
